René Kohl has been employed as an external project manager at Vestas One ERP project for the past twenty months. He has been a pleasure to work with, bringing his attention to detail to every project. His communication and people skills are excellent.

René started as Project Manager for Global Procurement (Centralized Master Data Management) in August 2015, carrying over an escalation project and replacing the previous project manager. Under his control, he turned this difficult project into a success story. He handed over this project to Support in June 2016.

We extended his contract and he took over one of our Roll Out Streams as Roll Out Manager. He was responsible for the successful implementation of our OneERP template in five of our production factories within ten months (Spain, Germany and China), from July 2016 to April 2017. He has established an outstanding rapport with his Roll Out Team, the OneERP Core team, management and senior management. His ability to get work done has been outstanding and he consistently delivered all planned activities on time. He has excellent skills in communicating and reporting to the management and the senior management.
